SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFO - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

PAYMENTS:  We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders (Postal Money Orders preferred) and cash (registered for your safety) for immediate shipment. All orders paid for in this fashion will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders paid by check are held 2 weeks to insure bank clearance.  For any foreign credit card orders over $150, you will need to provide us with the CVV2 number from your credit card.

USA FLAT RATE SHIPPING:  We ship through the US Postal Service in brand new shipping mailers.  Orders will ship either First Class or Media Mail depending on the weight of the parcel with rates as follows:

$5.00 for orders up to $50.00

$7.00 for orders up to $100.00

$9.00 for orders up to $200.00

$11.00 for orders up to $300.00

$13.00 for orders up to $400.00

$15.00 for orders up to $500.00

Orders in the USA over $500.00 qualify for free Media Mail Shipping!

FIRST CLASS & MEDIA MAIL RATE:  USPS First Class Mail within the USA is now an option when you check out if you have purchased a single CD or 7" single.  USPS Media Mail is also an option and may or may not be less expensive than our Flat Rate Shipping --- you are able to choose whichever one you wish.

PRIORITY MAIL RATE:  USPS Priority Mail within the USA is an option when you check out.

Large Displays: Call for shipping charges.

FOREIGN SHIPPING:  The cost of shipping outside of the United States will be based on the estimated weight of the parcel and will include a $1.50 USD handling fee, which is included in the shipping total.  Any orders outside the US that are over $150.00 USD must be sent either registered mail or Express Mail.  If you choose to use registered mail and you have paid by PayPal, we will send a separate PayPal invoice for the price of the registered service, which is currently $12.00 USD.  Please state whether or not you desire insurance. Also, please note that we will not be responsible for loss or breakage unless you insure and declare full value.

RESERVATIONS:  Reservations are held for 14 days only. Please follow this limitation and please notify us if you are not going to buy what you have put on hold.

PRE-ORDERS: All pre-order items will be charged and shipped on the day we receive them. You will not receive the pre-order price unless it is pre-paid. 

LAYAWAYS:  We will layaway large orders with a 25% down payment for a period of 40 days (we are a bit more flexible with this requirement). Feel free to take advantage of this opportunity.  Canceled layaways with a down payment will be subject to a 10% restocking charge of the total order.

SOLD OUT ITEMS:  If we are sold out of an item which you have ordered, we will send an immediate refund. If you see an item on the website that is sold out, please feel free to contact us in order to reserve a copy of the item, if it is something that we can restock on --- most new items can be reordered within a 30 day period, and we will not charge your card until the item is back in stock.  A 10% deposit may be required if the item in question is either something we do not plan on restocking or if it is a fairly expensive item.

GUARANTEE/RETURN POLICY:  All items are guaranteed for 30 days from the shipping date. Any returns must be approved by us first.

BANK TRANSFERS:  Foreign customers. There is an additional charge of $25 if you elect to send a payment via wire transfer to our bank. Bank details will be given upon request.

BOUNCED CHECKS:  $25.00 charge for all checks returned to us from the bank.

SALES TAX:  New York State residents will be charged appropriate sales tax for their county. Shipping is taxable (state law).
