FOREIGN SHIPPING:  THERE IS NO FLAT RATE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA  SO PLEASE DO NOT SELECT THAT OPTION.  Airmail will be at the cost we are charged by the US Postal Service plus $1.50 for supplies & handling --- this means that we will pack and weigh your parcel, and whatever the USPS charges for that package, we will add 1.50 to that amount and you will pay that total. Any orders outside the US that are over 150.00 USD must be sent registered. Please state whether or not you desire insurance. Also, please note that we will not be responsible for loss or breakage unless you insure and declare full value.

RESERVATIONS:  Phone, mail, e-mail and fax reservations are held for 14 days only. Please follow this limitation and please notify us if you are not going to buy what you have put on hold.

LAYAWAYS:  We will layaway large orders with a 25% down payment for a period of 40 days (we are a bit more flexible with this requirement). Feel free to take advantage of this opportunity.  Cancelled layaways with a down payment will be subject to a 10% restocking charge of the total order.

SOLD OUT ITEMS:  If we are sold out of an item which you have ordered, we will send an immediate refund. We do not issue credit slips, unless you specify otherwise.

GUARANTEE/RETURN POLICY:  All items are guaranteed for 30 days from the shipping date. Any returns must be approved by us first.

PAYMENTS:  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders (Postal Money Orders preferred) and cash (registered for your safety) for immediate shipment. All orders paid for in this fashion will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders paid by check are held 2 weeks to insure bank clearance. 

BANK TRANSFERS:  Foreign customers. There is an additional charge of $25 if you elect to send a payment via wire transfer to our bank. Bank details will be given upon request.

BOUNCED CHECKS:  $25.00 charge for all checks returned to us from the bank.

SALES TAX:  New York State residents will be charged appropriate sales tax for their county. Shipping is taxable (state law).
